 The ClareMart Auction Group will soon auction six apartments in Durham Square located in Victoria Road, Salt River. According to Agent Rod Harris the ClareMart Auction Group was duly instructed by Progressive Administration and Sanek Trust, joint trustees in the matter to auction the apartments due to an insolvent estate. “The apartments may be offered separately and together, which will give home hunters and investors the opportunity to bid at the auction” adds Harris.
