Bidding Requirements:
Registration will only be allowed once all the below-mentioned documentation has been obtained by Claremart Auctioneers (Pty) Ltd, together with the proof of payment of the R5 000 fully refundable deposit (payable by EFT only).

*** Proofs of personal or business addresses may not be older than 3 months.
FICA requirements:
Identification Document (green bar-coded ID book OR Smart Card ID) for RSA citizens.
Proof of residential address.
CK documents (if registering on behalf of a business).
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Terms of Purchase: Bid price (plus 15% VAT) + 10% Buyer’s commission (plus 15% VAT on commission)
Full payment is required immediately after the auction by means of EFT only.
We unfortunately do not accept cash or card payments.
No items will be dispatched during the auction.
All purchases are to be removed at the buyer’s risk.
Each lot is sold as is (voetstoots) and neither the owner nor the seller has the duty to repair.
The purchaser has the duty to repair.
Kindly note that once you bid on an item you are responsible for payment of the item should you be the highest bidder.
No cancellations will be allowed.
Deposits will be forfeited for items not paid for.
The Auctioneer’s role is final and binding.
